- Better Business Bureau Online Reliability membership? We
meet the strict standards for membership in the BBB's Online Reliability
program, which is above and beyond a "standard" BBB membership. You
can directly check our flawless BBB report with the Better Business

and you will be asked for our main phone number, which is 603-434-3833).
- Insured for liability and for errors and omissions?
GoDifferent LLC is insured both for liability, and for errors and omissions.
- Funds processed by cruise line? Our
standard business practice is to have the cruise line--not us--charge your
credit card (you will see this on your credit card statement), so your funds
are immediately in their hands between now and your cruise. After the
cruise line processes your payment, they will fax us a confirmation, usually
within 3-7 days. We will email you a clear copy of this cruise line
confirmation that you can print out,
as well as one of our own.
- Membership in CLIA? The Cruise Lines
International Association is the professional organization to which all
reputable cruise lines and cruise-oriented travel agencies belong.

- Verifiable street address? Know where

- Verifiable Secure Sockets Layer certificate?
A verifiable SSL certificate, as it is called, assures you of two things:
first, that the personal information like credit-card numbers you submit on
secure Web pages (look for a locked padlock at the bottom edge of your Web
browser window) really is secure; and second, that a
"third-party certifier" (a firm called Verisign in our case) has
verified that we are who we claim to be, and that we are registered as a
legitimate business in our state. By clicking on the Verisign logo on our Quote
Request page you can instantly verify their certification of us. If you

- Up-to-date business registration? You

report. At your request we will arm you with details about each major
port of call visited on your itinerary! The valuable information in
these reports is updated monthly, so you will be able to maximize the fun
you have while in each port of call. Sightseeing opportunities, the best
dining, interesting tours, spectacular beaches, history, and a calendar of
events are just a few of the items included for most ports. You can check
out a sample for one port of call if you're interested! For major ports,
the report generally runs from 4-7 pages each.
- Pre-arranged discount shore excursions.
There is no need to be herded around in large groups on the
cruise-line-sponsored daytrips offered in each port. We can arrange exclusive
tours, ranging from a couple of hours to the better part of a day,
usually at less cost than the cruise line excursions, in the
Caribbean, Alaska and Europe. A minimum group size applies in the Caribbean

- Group services. Booking a group? We can
take the headache out of arranging your group cruise by setting up a custom
area in our Web site just for groups of eight cabins or more (and where each
party is expected to book separately and online)! We'll include pictures of the
ship, details on the itinerary, and even the capability for your group
members to instantly book their cruise right on the Web. We'll even be happy
to post updates to your page from time to time so you can keep your group

Our pre-arranged shore excursions are also great for groups.
- Alternate travel protection. Many
travelers like to purchase their travel protection through the cruise line,
which is why we generally quote the cruise line's travel protection option
when we are asked. But, if you'd like other options (some of which may some
you some money, depending on traveler ages and the length of your trip) we are also
happy to offer travel insurance from Travel Guard.
